Description: Originally, this layer was a repository of all properties and deed types where SJRWMD was Grantee or Grantor. In 2008, the layer was modified to contain only the conservation easement polygons and polygons modified by released conservation easements (the remainder, not the released easement). On August 7, 2012, this feature class and the other feature classes in the dataset were copied from separate versions owned by SURVLIB, so that stewardship of the dataset could be assumed by Regulatory Support staff. This PDSLIB-owned version is now the active dataset. On September 26, 2013, at the request of the Bureau of Regulatory Services staff, the Regulatory Conservation Easements layer was archived and this subset was created for only those easements with an "easement_type" value of "Conservation Easement." This data layer is maintained by the Bureau of Regulatory Services and includes ONLY REGULATORY-related conservation easements. This includes conservation easements that are on-site mitigation, off-site mitigation, and mitigation banks that have been granted through recorded deed to SJRWMD for regulatory purposes. Historical and released easements are contained in separate archived layers.
